I got into tech the way most of us do - by breaking things and learning how to fix them. Growing up gaming taught me that every problem has a solution if you're persistent enough to find it.
Over 5+ years as a System Administrator, I've grown from managing a small call center in Sofia, through ServiceSource and its acquisition by Concentrix - a global leader operating in 70+ countries with 450,000 employees worldwide - to my current role at Inetum, where I oversee cloud operations across 6 countries in the EAST region. I've deployed Intune Autopilot, built automated workflows with Power Automate, and played a key role in achieving ISO 27001 certification.
Along the way, I discovered a passion for building web applications. What started as helping family businesses evolved into shipping real products - booking platforms, portfolios, business sites. My stack: Next.js, React, TypeScript.
I use modern tools including AI to move fast, but my core approach hasn't changed: when something breaks, I fix it. No matter how long it takes.
